You may love each other and feel exhausted, misunderstood, or unsure how to find your way back. I offer grounded, judgment-free couples therapy that helps you slow the chaos, name what’s really happening, and build a relationship that feels steadier and more secure.

My approach is systemic and culturally attuned. We’ll explore how your identities, family values, culture, gender and sexuality, and past experiences shape the way you communicate, handle conflict, and experience closeness. I approach therapy from a collaborative lens, challenging the roles of power and dominant narratives on our functioning and interpersonal relationships.

Relationships are where we learn the most about ourselves. When love starts to feel distant- or gets covered by resentment, tension, or shut-down, it doesn’t always mean the relationship is over. Often, it’s a signal that something needs care, repair, and new skills. In therapy, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, strengthen emotional safety, and practice healthier ways of communicating so you can stay true to yourself and stay connected to each other.

If trust has been broken, healing is possible. Rebuilding trust takes time, consistency, and support- especially when you both want things to improve but don’t know how to get back on track. I’m committed to helping you repair what’s been damaged, create clearer agreements, and rebuild a foundation that can actually hold you.
