Clarity and Conflict Repair

I help couples and individuals break painful patterns by deepening clarity through curiosity and compassion. Whether you're caught in the same fight on repeat or constantly second-guessing yourself, we'll work to build the insight, tools, and emotional strength you need to feel more secure in your relationship with yourself and with those who matter most to you.

My approach is grounded in creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental space that fosters trust and safety. I firmly believe that you are the ultimate authority on your own experiences and path forward, and my role is to offer insight, support and empowerment in your self-discovery and growth, either as a couple or individually.

Why I Do This Work

I believe that clarity is a form of compassion—and that when we truly understand ourselves and each other, repair becomes possible.

This work matters to me because I've seen how insight and intention can transform not just relationships, but lives. Holding space for growth, even in the messiest moments, is a privilege I don't take lightly.

My Therapy Style

Clients often tell me I'm direct in the best way—compassionate, curious, and always rooting for growth. I ask questions that get to the heart of things, but I also slow down when things feel tender.

I'm not here to "fix" you; I'm here to help you see clearly, feel supported, and grow stronger in the relationships that matter.
