If you’ve experienced trauma, you may feel stuck in patterns that no longer make sense.

You may feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or others, or constantly on alert even when you know you’re safe. You might struggle with intrusive memories, anxiety, shame, or a sense that your past is still shaping your present. Many people come to therapy wanting relief, clarity, and the ability to function more fully in their daily lives, but aren’t sure how to get there or worry that healing feels out of reach.

This is where EMDR can help

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I use this structured, evidence-based approach to help clients safely access and reprocess difficult memories. Through this work, clients often experience relief from trauma-related symptoms, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of clarity and self-trust.

How I work with my clients

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs and readiness. I strive to create a supportive, grounded environment where healing feels possible and individuals feel empowered to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
